1. Microsoft Sam sucks giant donkey dick, dont use it
2. Code not explained very well, other than "this moves he/she/it up"

Could have been waaay better. You didn't teach anyone how to animate, you simply gave them some artwork and said "Here you go! Now make it yourself!"

I showed them how to do some techniques with flash, And if you keep doing those techniques you will eventually get how that process works and you'll get way better.
